For 13 years (until September 2009), she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o., most recently as a Director in the Audit and Advisory Services Department, responsible for managing the Gdańsk office. She was also a Member of the Management Board of PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o.

Until 2019, Ewa was a Member of the National Council of Statutory Auditors.

In the 2015–2019 term, she was elected Deputy President of the National Council of Statutory Auditors. In the 2007–2011 term, she also served as a Member of the Regional Council of Statutory Auditors in Gdańsk and as a Member of the National Supervisory Commission of the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors.

She possesses extensive knowledge and experience in accounting and financial audit. Among other projects, she participated in the evaluation and preparation of reports for the Polish government regarding compliance with the obligations imposed on foreign investors under Privatization Agreements for privatized companies. She has also prepared and conducted numerous training sessions for statutory auditors on financial audit, and for supervisory board members on liability and governance issues.

Ewa was a Member of the Program Council and Program Director of the conference “Challenges of Contemporary Accounting and Audit”, organized by the Regional Branch of the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors in Gdańsk together with the University of Gdańsk and Sopot University of Applied Sciences. She was also a Member of the Social Support Committee for UEFA Euro 2012.

She serves on the Program Council of the BPO Education Center at Sopot University of Applied Sciences. She was also a Member of the Advisory Council at the Faculty of Management and Economics of the Gdańsk University of Technology for the 2012–2016 term.

Since September 2014, she has been a Member of the Team for Corporate Social Responsibility appointed by the Minister of Economy.

In 2014, she completed postgraduate studies at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and has since been engaged in business and life coaching.

Ewa is Chair of the Program Council of the Mentors’ Forum Foundation.

She is also a Member of the Program Council of the Open Eyes Economy Summit (OEES), of the Jury for the “CFO of the Year” award, and of the “Business Master” award jury organized by Businessman magazine.

On May 24, 2017, she became a laureate of the award “People Who Change Business”.

Anna worked for 11 years at the Gdańsk office of PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o. (until June 2009), most recently as a Manager in the Audit and Advisory Services Department. Between 2006 and 2007, she worked at APL Poland Sp. z o.o. in Gdynia, serving as a Financial Manager responsible for Polish and group financial reporting.

She has extensive experience in auditing financial statements prepared in accordance with Polish accounting principles, as well as those prepared under the accounting standards applicable within international capital groups and under the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

She also participated in the audit of financial settlements of projects financed by the World Bank and the European Union.

Jarosław has extensive experience in auditing financial statements prepared in accordance with Polish accounting principles, as well as those prepared under the accounting standards applied within international capital groups and under the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

He has particularly broad experience in auditing financial statements of entities engaged in major investment projects and long-term contracts. In addition, Jarek has participated in audits of consolidated financial statements of large capital groups and in due diligence projects.

He worked for 11 years at the Gdańsk office of PricewaterhouseCoopers (until July 2009), most recently as a Deputy Director in the Audit and Advisory Services Department. He was also a Member of the Management Board of PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o.

During the 2007–2011 term, Tomasz served as a Member of the Regional Council of Statutory Auditors in Gdańsk.

While at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he was part of the technical group responsible for analyzing issues related to Polish accounting standards and the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) to support audit teams and clients.

An expert in International Financial Reporting Standards, he has prepared and conducted numerous training sessions on accounting, financial reporting, and auditing.
